Under the terms of your contract, no cameras or recording equipment may be installed inside the property or in areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Only exterior security cameras covering public entry points are permitted, and these must be disclosed to guests.

What is the Cancellation Programme?
If a guest cannot be relocated to another property you own, mySTAYINN reserves the right to relocate the booking to another client's property where possible. You are opted in by default unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
